This is an awesome chamomile tea drink made with apple cider vinegar for probiotics, and cinnamon for anti-inflammatory help.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chamomile tea
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix together and drink 30 minutes before bed.
