Oven Pancakes

 

Oven Pancakes

These are so wonderful on days where you're hungry for pancakes, but don't have the time or the energy to flip them on the stove. They're wonderful dusted with powdered sugar and served with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 shakes nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan while oven is preheating to 400°.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pan.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Top as you would regular pancakes.
