Mom’s Tartar Sauce

This is pretty tasty with Dad’s Walleye. I have great memories of family times on the lake, with the guys and kids out fishing, and the women preparing the side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 medium dill pickle chopped fine
  • 2 tsp dill pickle juice
  • Dijon mustard to taste
  • Dill weed to taste
  • Green onion to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and chill.
