It has a crazy name, but it sure is delicious! I've seen even the pickiest of eaters try it and fall in love. I use my wok to toss it all in, but I tend to use my wok for just about everything!
In a wok or large frying pan, cook onion in butter over medium heat just until caramelized (may season with a bit of garlic salt.)
Add cabbage, season with garlic salt and pepper.
Add a few sprinklings of water, then cover and let cabbage tenderize and wilt.
Uncover and stir until slightly caramelized.
Stir in bacon and noodles.
Season to taste.
