One of my favorites is a big, fat juicy burger. I love them done on the grill, but when it's too cold out, this is favorite stovetop recipe. If you don't want to use pickle juice, substitute your favorite salad dressing!
Bring broth, water, pickle juice, onion, and pepper to a boil on medium heat. Place patties in simmering liquid. Flip after about 5 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Cook until desired doneness.
