Ed's Hotdish
I always made this on "Tree Day." It's an easy recipe and is awesome for turkey leftovers.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts diced
- 4 cups turkey chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 small can French-fried onions
Instructions

Heat oven to 350°

Butter a 9x13 pan.

Layer broccoli, chestnuts and turkey in pan.

Mix together soup, mayo and sour cream. Spread over turkey.

Cover and bake for 50 minutes.

Lay on cheese, and sprinkle with onions.

Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
