Greetings, my fellow campers!
This year was unreal. Not only did we have a record turn out compared to every other year I can remember in my lifetime (and I am getting up there!) but it was just a blast. But Michele, we missed you!
Vicki, thanks for all the laughs, late night chats, and library books. Little did I know I wouldn’t feel like reading business books when i was trying to fall asleep under the romantic fluorescent flickering, flickering, FLICKERING ceiling bulbs. And thanks for always getting a girl out of a “I could sure use a Little Debbie” jam. Oh, and extra thanks for dealing with me always hogging the mirror in the shower house.
Jeff. Thanks for making nummy food all week long. That is the first steak I ever ate that actually tasted good with no Heinz 57 on it. I seriously smell steak and my Pavlovian response is “mmm, Heinz 57.” That stuff was numola for breakfast as well… and a mid afternoon dock snack. 🙂 Thanks for putting up with girl talk all 10 days. But mostly thanks for making that scary butt plate face with the light inside!
Ranger Rick, you nut case. 🙂 hehehehe. To this day i have a fear of blow drying my hair and having someone come and throw a bucket of water on top of my head through a window… haha! Or trying to lay down somewhere and having a horse lay down next to me.. making a hot dog over the fire, and noticing a hungry horse beside me. Too funny. Thanks for the dilly bars. Vicki is still wearing hers, i think.
Heather, thanks for being fun to share a tornado with!! THAT was a fun day!!! Sittin on the dock eatin dilly bars and mocking the town over… then, “hit the deck!!!!”
I am sooooo thankful my gorgeous ladies got to come up and stay!!! Next year we need to work on Josh and Jaime…
How cool was it to have our folks up this year and their church for most of Sunday…
Thanks to Larson for comin and givin the kids some fun on his boat!!! It was great seeing Scott and his family, and Sean and his friends. Lotsa fun peeps this year!!!

my beautiful Midgies!!! Pretty gorgeous in a bikini… princess of the golden tan… she makes a good hot dog… has the best recipe for chili… is in bed promptly by 6:30 pm and is snoring, yes SNORING by 8 pm…
Always fun to pop in her window and scare her a little bit.
