Oven Barbecued Pork Chops
This was one of my favorites as I grew up, as the delicious BBQ smell would fill our little house as it baked in the oven. We didn't eat a lot of barbecued things in the winter, since we lived in Minnesota, and this was a nice surprise.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork chops or country ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 small onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Brown meat at 400° in a 9x13 pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

At 300°, bake covered for 2-3 hours until meat is tender.
