  • 12 lbs apples cut up
  • 20 lbs sugar
  • 1 cake yeast


  1.  Place ingredients in a 15-gallon jar.

  2. Fill with water until nearly full.

  3. Let stand for 10-14 days depending on how warm it is.

  4. Strain and fill jug and just leave the cap on top until it's nearly through working.
