Apple Wine
Ingredients
- 12 lbs apples cut up
- 20 lbs sugar
- 1 cake yeast
Instructions

Place ingredients in a 15-gallon jar.

Fill with water until nearly full.

Let stand for 10-14 days depending on how warm it is.

Strain and fill jug and just leave the cap on top until it's nearly through working.
