Easy Press-In Pie Crust

I found this recipe years ago when I was too lazy to roll out a bottom pie crust, but didn't want to use one from the store. It's super easy, and works great for pies that don't need a top crust.


  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp milk


  1. In a medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.

  2. Add oil and milk, blend well.

  3. Pat into a 9 inch pie pan.

  4. Fill and use like a regular pie crust, or bake alone at 425° for 10-12 minutes.
