Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies

These are really easy to make, having only 4 ingredients. They have quite a bit of sugar, but are gluten-free.


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda


  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls, and place onto cookie sheet.

  3. Make criss-cross shape with fork on top of each ball, pressing down slightly.

  4. Bake for about 7 minutes.

  5. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
