Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies
These are really easy to make, having only 4 ingredients. They have quite a bit of sugar, but are gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°

Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls, and place onto cookie sheet.

Make criss-cross shape with fork on top of each ball, pressing down slightly.

Bake for about 7 minutes.

Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
