Olive Pimento Cheese

I remember eating this stuff by the jarful when I was a kid! I finally found a recipe that tastes a lot like the one in the jar at the grocery store. It's wonderful served open-faced on pumpernickel bread, but it also amazing on crackers!


  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Spanish olives finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce


  1. In a small bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.

  2. Blend in olives and hot sauce.

  3. Serve with bread, crackers or vegetables.
