Olive Pimento Cheese
I remember eating this stuff by the jarful when I was a kid! I finally found a recipe that tastes a lot like the one in the jar at the grocery store. It's wonderful served open-faced on pumpernickel bread, but it also amazing on crackers!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup Spanish olives finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
Instructions

In a small bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Blend in olives and hot sauce.

Serve with bread, crackers or vegetables.
