It has a crazy name, but it sure is delicious! I've seen even the pickiest of eaters try it and fall in love. I use my wok to toss it all in, but I tend to use my wok for just about everything!


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 head cabbage chopped (may use bagged coleslaw mix)
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 pkg extra-wide egg noodles cooked al dente
  • garlic salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


  1. In a wok or large frying pan, cook onion in butter over medium heat just until caramelized (may season with a bit of garlic salt.)

  2. Add cabbage, season with garlic salt and pepper.

  3. Add a few sprinklings of water, then cover and let cabbage tenderize and wilt.

  4. Uncover and stir until slightly caramelized.

  5. Stir in bacon and noodles.

  6. Season to taste.
