Buffalo Wings
Low-carbies often turn to chicken wings for comfort. They make a great dinner, a great snack, a great thing to bring to a potluck, and even a great breakfast. If you order them at a restaurant, no one needs to know you are trying to behave yourself. (That's between you and the Ranch.) And if you have leftovers? Well, I guess I already said "breakfast," but they reheat really well. They're so awesome because they fill you up, are tasty, and yet feel so naughty! You can change up the recipe, toss them on the grill, and pop them in the smoker. Substitute your favorite salad dressing for the hot sauce. Italian is amazing!!
