Hot Fudge Sauce

This is super easy to make, and once you've tried it, it's hard to go back to the bottled kind.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except cocoa in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir constantly, just until butter has melted.

  3. Add cocoa.

  4. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

  5. Let cool slightly and pour into a jar.
