Pork Chops and Sauerkraut
This one is from Grandma Bednarz. I doubt I have a cousin (and there were 25 of us) who didn't experience this aroma coming from that browerville kitchen. It was wonderful winter comfort food!
Ingredients
- pork chops
- sauerkraut
- onion cut-up
Instructions

Put meat in a small roasting pan in oven.

Let brown for 1 1/2 hours.

Pour off grease.

Add sauerkraut and onion.

Add a little bit of water.

Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
